- Deposit Policy
- A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to
secure your booking which we will acknowledge on receipt. Without
a deposit we cannot guarantee a reservation.

- Cancellation Policy
- In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking we
will give you as much notice as possible and refund your deposit
in full.
In the event of you having to cancel your booking, no deposit
refund can be made if you cancel within 48 hours of check in time
on day of arrival. With more notice we will endeavour to relet
your accommodation, in which case a refund will be made less 10% admin charge.
- Travel Insurance
- As we do not offer insurance against the costs you will incur if you have to cancel your stay, we strongly recommend that you make your own arrangements to cover this. Cheap travel insurance
is available from the Post
Office and banks etc.
